Resumiendo: Dice que lo llamen como quieran (GNU/Linux o Linux, etc), pero
que no se olviden del aporte del proyecto GNU.
Me parece razonable, es una posicion repetable. Aunque yo no uso el termino
Open Source.

Ya lo hice.
Para ser mas claro en mi opinion del porque GNU/Linux:
El proyecto GNU se inicio en 1983 con la idea de crear un sistema libre
compatible con Unix. Se crearon herramientas como el compilador GCC, la
biblioteca GNU C, BASH, etc etc. Y tambien se adoptaron herramientas que ya
estaban hechas como X, etc etc. Porque? Para no reinventar la rueda, ademas
la licencias de esos programas no los hacian contrarios al software libre.
Linux, osea el kernel ;), fue creado en 1991 y este fue utilizado con lo qu=
e
el proyecto GNU ya tenia preparado para ese entonces, que era todo menos un
kernel.
Asi nacieron las distribuciones GNU/Linux.
