desde la interfaz de consola trata de tirar un "init 5"=20

Hola a todos y perdon por ser tan windows, pero termino de instalar la
version del subject, y a pesar de no tener ningun error y configurarlo =
para
que arranque mostrando los usuarios como lo hace XP, no lo hace asi, y
arranca en modo texto, y no se como montar la interface grafica.
La version de interface grafica que me ofrecio la instalacion era KDE y
GNOME, junto con X version 4.0. no se si esto dice algo, yo recien me =
estoy
iniciando en esto.

si alguien me puede tirar una mano desde ya muchas gracias.
