Gente, tengo el xandros 2.0 andando perfecto excepto por 2 temitas

1)       no me reconoce en /dev/tape mi dat 8gb Compaq sdt 7000=85esta =
en el
dispositivo scsi0 como lo ubico en /dev????? Si en tape no anda=85.

2)       Tengo un scanner usb Hp scanjet 2300c y no me lo =
reconoce=85aparece
en el root tree del usb pero no anda=85que prgrama puedo usar y existe =
algun
driver generico de linuix para dicho scanner???
