Si, hace rato que están dando vuelta con lo mismo. Sería un gran aporte. Pero 
dudo que lo liberen bajo GPL.
Mis opiniones personales de otras licencias libres no tienen que ser mal 
interpretadas, por si las moscas vio jaja : )
