[LUG.ro] Ayuda sobre instalación del VMware 5

Hola a todos !
En medio del proceso de instalación del VMware 5 me
encontre con este mensaje que no me permite concluir
la misma. Supongo que debo hacer algo asi como
recompilar el kernel para obtener ese archivo
"version.h", para no recurrir a ese procedimiento los
consulto para ver si me pueden dar alguna solución
alternativa y/o sugerencia.

e aqui el mensaje que me tira la instalación:

The path "/usr/src/linux/include" is a kernel header
file directory, but it does
not contain the file "linux/version.h" as expected. 
This can happen if the
kernel has never been built, or if you have invoked
the "make mrproper" command
in your kernel directory.  In any case, you may want
to rebuild your kernel.
