Bioinformática según licencia GPL... aunque no lo crean hecha por
argentinos... (el más conocido algoritmos bioinformático es el ant-q)

DNALinux 0.5 is in beta state, that
means it still not finished but it
is usable enought for most needs.

What is new in DNALinux 0.5?

     1. Updated BLAST (2.2.10),
        EMBOSS (3.0.0), FinchTV and
        Clustal (1.83) and JRE
        (1.5).
     2. Graphical programs can be
        accessed from KDE.
     3. Based on Slax 5.06 (with
        Kernel 2.6 and better
        hardware support).
     4. HD installer (not tested,
        use with care!)
     5. Smaller size thanks to
        better compression provided
        by SquashFS

Known bugs:

      * Some JAVA based programs
        hangs up.
      * Missing icons in KDE menu
        (will be fixed soon).
      * Font display problem
        sometimes in FinchTV.
      * Only English support (will
        be fixed by the final
        version)
