Hola...
Che, todo eso es muy raro... me sigue sonando a problemas de permiso,
como que no crea el Makefile y por eso vuelve a comenzar... O sea, si
vos antes de hacer el meke corrieste el ./configure, este debería
haberte creado un Makefile para tu sistema, y el Makefile mismo no
tendría que tratar de regenerarse.
Fijate con que fecha (de creación, modificación sobre todo) queda los
archivos cuando los creas en el directorio donde estás corriendo el make.
Por lo que veo, cuando corres el make esté detecta que el Makefile está
desactualizado e intenta regenerarlo, una vez que hace esto, trata de
ejecutar el nuevo Makefile, el cual sigue siendo el mismo que hace
exactamente lo mismo.
