Agrego gpart para recuperar particiones, sencillo de usar:
por ejemplo:
gpart /dev/hda donde /dev/hda es mi disco rigido, trata de encontrar
las particiones
que existian y las lista.
Luego gpart -W /dev/hda /dev/hda para que reescriba la tabla de particiones.
Teniendo nuevamente la particion, la montas y podes acceder a la data ;)
