They should mesh with no problem.

Did you get ssh access? If so, you can issue this command 'bmxd -c -d
2' and see which nodes you can reach.

For example, I can reach 3 nodes from mine:

root en nightwing:~# bmxd -c -d 2
  Originator         bestNextHop   #         preferred gateway: 0.0.0.0
   5.180.211.54       5.180.211.54  47, gw_class 169 - 3MBit/768KBit,

   5.134.11.55        5.180.211.54  41, gw_class 25 - 512KBit/128KBit,
reliability: 0, supported tunnel types 2WT, 1WT

If you don't see the other node's IP, then please tell us more about
your setup (like distance, changed default configuration, etc), and
more important what you do to test if they mesh.
