[Lugro-mesh] authorization on eth0 in client mode

I didn't have very clear the WiFiDog setup, so I double check with
other and the WiFiDog in Client Mode is only listening in the Public
AP.

This is because the idea is that the Private AP is like an extension
of the LAN, so they have the same privileges.

Also because someone that installs a Client Node should have more
privileges then someone that only connects to the Public AP.

Hope I have been more clear this time :P
