I'm not the more indicated to discuss about WiFiDog, maybe the others
can join :)
AFAIK, WiFiDog doesn't have QoS implemented in his gateway component
nor in the Auth Server. They have a document about Traffic Shaping:
http://dev.wifidog.org/wiki/doc/developer/TrafficShapingIssues

Regarding QoS and the Gateway Node. We have a Traffic Shaping script
that only runs in Gateway Mode, this is because the owner of the node
and/or the Internet connection can set how much bandwidth to share,
and also it will provide a better use of the connection by also doing
QoS. The script needs more testing and probably more improvements/bug
fixes, it is just the first beta release.

Don't worry, we like to discuss this issues so we can check more our
setup and ideas :)
