[Nightwing] [EN] Violation of Nightwing's GPL License

Actually my work is not a direct derivitive of yours, the only piece of work
from
Nightwing is the startup script that was modified and I never stated the
source
code would not be released., The images are not even released publically.nor
are
they released for general consumption. I did initially include your init
script
while doing research. And as this is a work in progress, and ongoing
research,
things change daily. The image you currently have is in fact old and not the

one being released under ORION. As amatter of fact, Ill happily post the old

original version on my web site and allow for its use. However I am not
obligated
to release anything publically. And the image you recieved was/is not
available
for public download or general consumption.  So you might want to change the
context of your mess to the public, or I will no longer be willing to assist
either
the projects Nightwing, or ROBIN, of which at the moment I no longer do.
And
there are quite other means to address these issues then in a public
location. A
simple email to notify me of the missing text would have sufficed. And I
never
stated I wasnt going to release my code, or the sources, that were utilized.
